hi

i want to install oracle8i and forms6/6i. i dont have net work card on my machines. i am facing while creating tnsnames file.plz help

You can install both the oracle server 8i database
and clients( sql*plus,forms etc) in the same machine.
if server and clients are in the same machine, NO tnsentries are needed. you can connect with userName/passCode
