hi,

i need a hint to solve the following problem:

one user should only be able to log on to the database and work between 20:00 an 21:00 daily.

a logon at another time of the day must be rejected.

any idea for a (quick?) solution?

Write a database or schema level trigger. Look at the example listed in the Scripts Section of this site - http://www.orafaq.net/faqscrpt.htm
