Hi all,
I need to generate scripts for re-creating an instance. I don't need to import any data, just objects structure.
What I would like to do is something like this

# CreateOraInstance.sh

After its execution, I should be able to connect to my database and work as the master one.

Does someone know about a product for cloning oracle instance in this way?

thanks in advance

I posted an integrated set of GUI tools to manage, monitor and tune the Oracle database. One of the many functions is to generate a shell script in Unix or a bat file in Windows to clone or create a database. The link is http://www.barsoft.net

I downloaded it. It seems to work fine.

Thank you very much
